Overview

If you see a message similar to the image below that mentions your access, authorization, or account is blocked due to your organization's policies, this means that your district is not allowing you to use your Google or Microsoft email address for single sign on with our service. See the solutions below for help addressing this.

Access Blocked

'Access Blocked' Solutions

When access is blocked by your organization to login to GradeTransferer with your work credentials, we recommend the following solutions...

  1. Talk to your administrator to request that they unblock access for you and your colleagues to the GradeTransferer extension. If your administration has any questions or concerns about the service, please have them submit a support ticket and we'd be more than happy to help.

Note: If your access is through a school or district service plan, this is the only solution. If your access is through a personal subscription and you are not able to resolve the issue with your admin, keep reading for alternate solutions.

  2. If your admin will not unblock your access to the service via SSO, you can use the green 'sign in with email button' with your district email to login.

Note: If you've previously logged in with SSO, pressing the green email button will initiate a message stating that you must login via SSO instead. If this happens, move to solution 3.

  3. If the above solutions aren't a good fit for you, we can transfer your subscription to a personal email address. This will allow you to login to the extension with a different email address than the one you use to login to your gradebook and school Chrome profile. Submit a support ticket to request this, listing both your school and personal email address, so we can transfer your access.
