Not sure how to get help with billing matters for your individual GradeTransferer subscription? Keep reading!

Billing Portal

You can access your customer billing portal here! You will be prompted to enter your email. If the email address is associated with a GradeTransferer subscription, you will receive an email from our billing partner, Stripe, with a custom, time sensitive link to access your portal. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

In your billing portal, you can...

  • Cancel current subscription: You will maintain access to the service through the end of the billing period. At that time, the subscription will not renew.

  • Renew current subscription: If the billing period is still active, you can change your mind and renew a subscription that was previously canceled.

  • Update payment method and billing information

  • View invoice history: Download invoices and receipts

Submit A Support Ticket

Please submit a support ticket for any billing needs that can't be accomplished in the billing portal.
