GradeTransferer Known Issues

Active Issues:
Some users have reported that changes made to rules in the Name Discrepancy Fixer and Score Converter features do not consistently save for future transfers. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are investigating the issue. In the meantime, you can use this workaround...
Workaround: After you remove or add a new rule, you can push a hard refresh (Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R, Mac: Cmd+Shift+R) on the page to quickly identify whether the information saved properly. If the changes were not saved, please make the change again and refresh to confirm before transferring.
Recently Resolved Issues:
Our current version of GradeTransferer is v3.1.21. If you're still experiencing issues, navigate to chrome://extensions to check your version and update as needed before reaching out.
Filling in the main Canvas Gradebook page has been developed and released, allowing teachers to fill more efficiently compared to the Speed Grader view
