GradeTransferer Known Issues

Active Issues:
Error 23 Duplicates Found in Google Classroom: Users incorrectly experience the "Duplicates Found Error 23" message when grabbing from cells that have a numerical grade with the gray subtext "missing" below.
Workaround while we develop a solution: Click out of the active cell or turn "Convert checkmarks & text grades" off in the extension before grabbing.
Dropping Last Score in Aspen: Some users have reported that their last student's score is dropped in Aspen. If you are interested in partnering with us to help investigate and find a solution, please let us know here.

Recently Resolved Issues:
Our current version of GradeTransferer is 3.0.25. If you're still experiencing issues, navigate to chrome://extensions to check your version and update as needed.
Grades Tab in Google Classroom Not Grabbing: Users experience "Not working? Nothing happened? Click Here." messaging in the extension when grabbing numerical grades in the Grade Tab of Google Classroom.
Error 36 Found in Google Classroom: Users experienced "Error 36" messaging when grabbing in Google Classroom if "Auto-detect Platform" is toggled off in the extension.
