GradeTransferer Known Issues

Active Issues:
Formative 'View By Totals' Bug: We are aware that when a user has 'View By Totals' enabled in their Formative Settings, GradeTransferer is grabbing the score as a percent rather than the visible points total. We are actively working on a solution to be released as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can use GradeTransferer's Scaling and Rounding features to scale the percent to points as desired.
Recently Resolved Issues:
Our current version of GradeTransferer is v3.1.16. If you're still experiencing issues, navigate to chrome://extensions to check your version and update as needed before reaching out.
Formative Common Assessment Bug: For Common Assessments, students who did not complete the assessment are inconsistently grabbed with 1 or more scores incorrectly associated to the student. The data for students who completed the assessment is grabbed accurately. Not sure if you're using Common Assessments? Check out this Formative Article.
