GradeTransferer Known Issues
Look here for updates on known issues with the GradeTransferer extension or service interruptions from our partners. If you need help with an issue that isn't listed, submit a support ticket with a screen recording.
Active Issues:
Formative Common Assessment Bug: For Common Assessments, students who did not complete the assessment are inconsistently grabbed with 1 or more scores incorrectly associated to the student. The data for students who completed the assessment is grabbed accurately. Until we are able to resolve this bug, we recommend that users carefully check their transfer to see if it contains data of students who did not take the assessment, and make manual corrections if needed. Recently Resolved Issues:
Our current version of GradeTransferer is v3.1.15. If you're still experiencing issues, navigate to chrome://extensions to check your version and update as needed before reaching out.
Formative Error 13: Users grabbing from the Responses view in Formative are experiencing Error 13 or student initials are grabbed due updates on Formative's end.
