GradeTransferer Known Issues
Look here for updates on known issues with the GradeTransferer extension or service interruptions from our partners. If you need help with an issue that isn't listed, submit a support ticket with a screen recording.
Active Issues:
Formative Error 13: Users grabbing from the Responses view in Formative are experiencing Error 13, likely due updates on Formative's end. Our development team is working on a solution and and will release a fix as soon as possible.
Recently Resolved Issues:
Our current version of GradeTransferer is 3.1.11. If you're still experiencing issues, navigate to chrome://extensions to check your version and update as needed before reaching out.
Trial Message: Some users who have access through a school or district service plan may incorrectly experience a red message in the extension that shows they are on a free trial.
Dropping Last Score in Aspen: Some users have reported that their last student's score is dropped in Aspen.
