The Razor Sparrow team is here to help if you need assistance with the GradeTransferer service! To allow us to provide the best possible support, we request that you send us a screen recording.

Best Practices

  • Record directly on your computer using a desktop application or browser extension. Recordings taken from a cell phone are very difficult to see. If you aren't familiar with how to take a screen recording on your desktop, check out the resources below.

  • Select your entire screen to be captured. When you select a window or tab, the GradeTransferer extension and error messages will not be captured.

  • Capture your entire transferring process. It is helpful for us to see your entire grabbing and filling process, along with all messages that pop-up along the way.

  • Attach the file or include a link in your Support Ticket. If your file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive or another file sharing service. Make sure to check the sharing permissions so we will be able to access it.
